| Despatch & Delivery |
You're t-shirts are despatch when your payment is cleared. UK orders are sent by First Class. If you have not received you're orders after 5 days please contact us. Orders outside UK are sent by Airmail and delivery times may vary depending where you are. However after 12 days you have not received your order then please contact us. |
| Worldwide Delivery |
| We post where ever Royal Mail delivers to. However we do not post anywhere in Africa. Orders outside the UK may take longer to deliver, (but its worth the wait). |

| Our return policy is as follows: you may return* any unworn, unwashed garments to us within 14 days for either a full refund or an exchange, as long as you contact us first so we can assist you to the best of our abilities. But please before buying, check the sizes as this is most likely the case. |

| Garment Care |
| To keep your SimplyTopUK clothing at it's best, we strongly advise you wash and iron as follows:
1. Wash your garment at a maximum temperature of 30 degrees Celsius / 85 degrees Fahrenheit. 2. Do not use bleach or any substance, which has a bleaching agent in it. 3. Do not tumble dry your garment. 4. Do not dry clean your garment. 5. Iron your garment at a medium temperature. 6. Do not iron directly onto the design but you may iron on the back of the garment, i.e. so that there are two layers of cotton between the iron and the design, at a medium temperature in order to iron out any wrinkles in the design which may occur during a wash cycle. Please follow this advice, as we cannot be held responsible for the quality of the t-shirt or the design if this advice is not followed. |
